Schematic   The schematic is like a blueprint of the process. The schematic shows: ·        the tasks that make up the process ·        how families move from task to task in the process ·        which tasks require resources   Here is the portion of the schematic that shows how families move through the clinic. The schematic is hierarchical. You can “drill down” into many of the schematic’s task blocks and see more detail. For example, here is the detail of the vaccination task. When we simulate the process, the simulator creates simulated families and moves them through the process.   Here is the high-level schematic of a staging area.
